I just had the best sandwich I think I’ve ever tasted! Depending on where you are on the lake, this quaint bakery, cafe and butcher shop is not a far drive for the food & atmosphere. They have a great wine selection along with a mercantile and an assortment of craft beers. Grove Station in historic Tallassee is truly a hidden gem!
I chose the Turkey club; warm sliced turkey, bacon, sun dried tomatoes and arugula on fresh made foccia bread. I’m sure there was more on it but it was so good I devoured it. 
I think all of their bread is made in house. The French Piggy looked amazing too with full size Gherkin pickles and ham. And check out the Poke bowl! If you are looking for a little adventure with delectable food you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu.
